To help us investigate an API problem, include the time of the request and its time zone, the model ID, endpoint, HTTP status and trace ID if one was returned. A short description of the expected result and the actual result is useful. Remove API keys, passwords, payment details and private prompt content before sharing any request or response.

The platform operator is AIHubMix, LLC, Delaware, USA, according to our published Terms of Use. For integration guidance, first consult the developer documentation and the model-specific guide. API keys and account settings are available through the self-service console; support does not need your secret API key.
